Crossroads Church is a passionate, growing community of faith where we are intentional about welcoming people in, growing them in their faith and sending them out to be all that God calls them to. Our church is conveniently located in Concord, North Carolina just outside of Charlotte. The Queen city has so much to offer, including being the home of the Carolina Panthers and other major attractions, and is close to both the Blue Ridge Mountains and coastline.

STARS Preschool, a ministry of Crossroads Church, is currently accepting applications for part-time teachers and assistants to join our exceptional team. As an award-winning preschool, we hold the integrity of both our program and our team to the highest standard.

Applicants MUST demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

* A true and steadfast love for God

* Passion for early childhood education and child development

* Be reliable, professional, flexible, and team-oriented

* Value building strong relationships with families and children 

* Able to follow curriculum while bringing creativity to the classroom

* Comfortable using technology (email, Microsoft Word, basic computer tasks)

* Able to multitask and maintain a positive classroom environment

* CPR/First Aid certificated (or willing to obtain)

* Must complete a background check and have strong, verifiable references
